Gunshot wound reported in the Sands East Townhouses subdivision at 8637 East Monterosa Avenue in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Units responding include: Scottsdale Fire Department, Maricopa Ambulance and Scottsdale Police Department.
[Update: 9:30 AM MST] This morning at approximately 2:00 a.m., Scottsdale Patrol Officers responded to a “Sound of Shots” call at a residence in the area of 87th St and Monterosa Ave. Witnesses reported hearing numerous gun shots coming from a large party at a vacation rental property. Multiple subjects were contacted at the residence by responding officers. Officers learned that several subjects had fled prior to police arrival. An adult female victim was also located with a gunshot wound to the arm. She was later transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. It is believed that there are possibly additional victims or witnesses to the event, according to Sgt. Ben Hoster, a public information officer with the Scottsdale Police Department.

[Update] Isaac R. Pennock purchased the 2,135 sq ft single family residence (townhouse) in April 2019 for $395,000.00, according to Maricopa County Recorder's Office records [document].
The 2 bedroom single level property was listed for rent by WanderJaunt on Airbnb for $85 a night. WanderJaunt's house rules for this Sands East townhouse included: No pets, No smoking, parties, or events. Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 11AM. The listing has since been removed from the site. "Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our WanderJaunts - misbehavior costs $500", according to information posted on Superhost WanderJaunt's website.
