[Update] Working attic fire in the Villa Monterey 6 subdivision at 5110 North 78th Street. A lightning strike to the roof area is the suspected cause. Two occupants have been displaced. No civilian or firefighter injuries, according to Scottsdale Fire Department officials. 1,878 sq ft one-story townhouse. The home was built in 1967, according to Maricopa County Assessor's Office records.
