Hit-and-run investigation at McDonald's restaurant at 8001 East Indian School Road in Scottsdale, AZ on Monday, August 14, 2017 at 6:19 PM MST.
White ex-cop car with a male driver hit a parked dark gray Toyota RAV4 suv in the McDonald's parking lot and fled the scene. RAV4 occupant ran after suspect vehicle and snapped a picture of the license plate.
Scottsdale Police is investigating.
