Rhonda Cerny Arraignment

Rhondy Cerny pleaded not guilty this morning at her at his arraignment this morning. Commissioner Erin Otis denied the States motion to modify release conditions. Her next court date is an Initial Pretrial Conference set for September 17, 2015 at 8:30 AM MST, according to Karen Arra, spokeswoman for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
