[Update: 10:30 PM MST] PMT Ambulance (P-610) is leaving to hospital.
[Updatte: 10:50 PM MST] Scottsdale FD officials tell us that Scottsdale and Phoenix fire departments are on scene. Fire started on 3rd floor with no extension to other apartments. Fire sprinklers were activated in the fire area. 1 occupant was transported to SHC Osborn.
