Injury accident involving a pedestrian reported at East Camelback Rd & North Saddlebag Trail in Scottsdale, AZ.

[Update] SPD tells us that the accident involved a 21 year old male pedestrian. He was walking south across Camelback Road east of Saddlebag while talking on a cell phone. While he was walking across the road he was struck by a blue Toyota which was traveling westbound. The victim was taken to SHC Osborn with life-threatening injuries. Camelback was closed for 2.5 hours for the investigation.
