A bobcat has been seen in a brush-covered area of Chaparral Park near the intersection of McDonald Drive and Hayden Road.
Park visitors should use caution, avoid thick vegetation, maintain a close watch on children and keep dogs on leash.
The city is working with Arizona Game and Fish on an appropriate response to this wildlife sighting.
Chaparral Park is located at 5401 N Hayden Rd (McDonald Drive to Chaparral Rd) in Scottsdale, AZ 85250. The park hours are from sunrise to 10:30 PM MST.
