A loose horse is reported at Mayo Blvd at Scottsdale Road (SE corner Loop 101 & Scottsdale Rd), according to the City of Scottsdale Traffic Management Center.
[Update] Scottsdale Police Mounted Unit on scene. The horse has been taken into custody at about 10:58 a.m. on unknown charges.
