Working structure fire reported in the Country Club at DC Ranch in the Hacienda Clubhouse at 9510 East Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale, AZ.
Units responding include: E608, E609, E610, E613, P-305(P608), L615, LT611, BC6, BC601, BC602, FI601, APS002, CR288, SCTP01, SWG003 and U50.
[Update: 4:18 PM] Scottsdale police Officer David Pubins tells Scottsdale Arizona News that the Scottsdale Fire Department and Scottsdale Police Department are on scene of a fire to the chimney in the clubhouse kitchen at DC Ranch. The fire is under control. The fire began at around 3:10 pm. Damage was isolated to the kitchen. 40 people were evacuated. No injuries reported. The cause of the fire is undetermined.
