The National Weather Service in Phoenix says a freeze watch remains in effect from late Monday night through Tuesday morning.
Affected area: Portions of Maricopa, Pinal and Yuma Counties including the greater Phoenix area and the towns of Maricopa, Casa Grande, Gila Bend, Tacna and Wickenburg.
Temperature: The weather service says overnight temperatures have the potential to drop below freezing for several hours and could fall into the mid 20's in normally colder and isolated areas.
