Pink Pony steakhouse restaurant sold

Pink Pony, popular spring training steakhouse restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, and the building that houses it at 3831 N Scottsdale Road, were sold back in May by longtime owner Gwendolyn Briley to SL LLC. According to the Maricopa County Recorder's Office website, SL LLC paid Briley $1,100,000 for the property. The 8,202-square-foot restaurant, built in 1954, sits on a 8,745 square foot lot.
