Lots in this PV neighborhood are just under an acre in size. All of the homes are single story. A house on the corner of Fanfol and 70th Street is 7,120 square feet on a 41,826 square foot lot (An acre is exactly 43560 square feet). The neighborhood has no street lights. It is very dark at night.
