At 120 PM MST...A severe thunderstorm was reported capable of producing wind gusts up to 60 MPH. The storm was located 7 miles north of Tortilla Flat.
A trained spotter reported a 81 MPH wind gust at Ironwood and Idaho Road in Apache Junction.
