101 Freeway speeding caught on tape! Watch the video to see photo radar in action. It appears that the truck with a trailer in the far left lane was speeding. The DPS photo radar van has a camera that takes a picture of the license plate, speeding car and a pic of the driver. The cameras flash when a speeder passes by.
